Dr Vishvanath Bhaskar Chitale
Shri Bhaskar Ganesh Chitale or Babasaheb Chitale- as he was fondly called was a highly respected, successful and ethical businessman. He faced severe hardships in his growing up age in personal and business life. Bhaskar Chitale was strong willed and determined to make a mark in dairy business.He started Chitale Dairy in the most difficult times of preindependent era.
He got strong support from his eldest sons- Late Shri Rajabhau Chitale, Late Bhausaheb Chitale, Late Shir D B Chitale and Shri Nanasaheb Chitale who is currently 92 . years young and still active as mentor and guide for Chitale Dairy It was by their hard work and perseverance that the Chitale Dairy business flourished.
Late Shri B.G. Chitale instilled in us the value that -Always give the best quality product to the customer. Everytime. No matter what.
Dr Vishvanath Chitale is our mentor and was a famous ENT surgeon in Pune. He was founder of Dr Chitale ENT Hospital. The basic principles of humanity, hard work and sincerity were imbibed in him by his parents.
His father, Late Shri Bhaskar Ganesh Chitale was a famous businessman and was founder of Chitale Dairy, one of Maharashtra's biggest milk business .
Dr Vishvanath's mother, Late Mrs Janakibai Bhaskar Chitale, was a dedicated housewife always looking out for her family and community welfare. She instilled family unity, family first principles and to always give our best in every endeavour. Dr Vishvanath Chitale taught us these basic ethics by the work he did everyday, and leading by example as to how it needs to be done.
